This policy explains what information Zyplo processes and how it is used to provide and secure the service.
Information We Process
We process file metadata, temporary share links, and essential operational telemetry needed to run uploads and prevent abuse.
How Information Is Used
Information is used for file delivery, service reliability, security controls, and troubleshooting platform issues.
Security Model
Shared links are private and unlisted by default. Access is controlled by possession of the exact URL, and links can be revoked from the upload workspace.
Infrastructure
File payloads are stored on Cloudflare R2 object storage. Expiration and cleanup controls are applied to reduce long-term retention risk.
Retention
Shared files are automatically deleted after expiration. Diagnostic and security logs may be retained for a limited period according to operational requirements.
